BSME Annual School Leaders' Conference

BSME's Annual School Leaders' Conference is our flagship professional learning event bringing together over 150 school leaders from across the region for 3 days of networking, learning and sharing of information and expertise.

This year's conference took place in Abu Dhabi from 3rd-5th February 2026.

Our conference theme for 2026 was 'The Human Algorithm'. As AI advances, rapidly reshaping education and the world around us, how do we stay grounded in what matters most; our humanity? How can we help our students and wider school communities to not just adapt, but to thrive in this new normal? How can curiosity, empathy, connection, ethics and purpose-led leadership sit alongside innovation, ensuring technology amplifies humanity rather than replacing it?
